A site with which I am unfamiliar, Family Security Matters, has some comments here.
I have compared only two for accuracy yet, and I question this guy's accuracy. Page 16 is characterized as saying all private plans will become illegal, and page 195 as making all financial information available to the health care administration. The latter provides a process for making selected parts of tax returns available for purposes of determining eligibility. Maybe I'll check more later. Maybe not. Anyway, you are welcome to do so yourself.
