Congressman Russ Carnahan flees constituent

"You're my Congressman. Where do you stand on the Ground Zero Mosque?"

Apparently Congressman Carnahan (Dem-Missouri) doesn't answer constituents' non-fawning questions.

Just my own guess: I bet he votes for bills he doesn't read, either. Which behavior, in my opinion, deserves impeachment.

Thanks to Moe Lane for the tip.

The Victory Mosque two blocks from Ground Zero is an outrage! It's an insult to the families of the 9/11 victims.

If they built it THREE blocks from Ground Zero, it would be OK, because this is a free country and Muslims have the same rights as anyone else.

Constitutionally, building the mosque anywhere they want is a slam dunk.

Choosing to build it so close to Ground Zero that a great many people, including Muslims around the world, will perceive it as a Victory Mosque, raises questions which reasonable people may want answered. The fact that they have no right to demand answers doesn't negate the reasonableness of the questions.
