Super Glue Sutures

Yes, it can be used, but standard Super Glue (TM) uses potentially dangerous methyl alcohol. There is a veterinarian version, though even with it one needs to have some idea of what one is doing:
Tissue glue is only applied to outside surfaces to bridge over edges; do not apply it directly to raw surfaces.
Still, in a major emergency, even the household stuff would likely be better than leaving a wound open. Not suitable for deep wounds.
