Madison, Wisconsin's Mayor Paul Soglin is an old time lefty who returned to power some time back, and continues to demonstrate his fascistic mindset. He wants all city contractors to be required to disclose their political donations so he can vet them for future contracts.

Government already demands to know the racial makeup of contractors' companies, and the sex ratios. I wonder when he will demand to know their religion as well. And what will Madison's Dear Leader do with that information?
