That was DNC Chair Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (FL) speaking on TVOne's "Washington Week". I'm not sure how long the video will stay up, but here it is.

Of course, another way of looking at what the Chairwoman of the Democratic National Committee said is: People who vote illegally vote disproportionately for Democrats.
