Janet Napolitano on Cyber Attacks
I missed it at the time (August) but in her farewell speech as head of the Department of Homeland Security, Janet Napolitano had this to say about cyber attacks on the US:

Our country will, for example, at some point, face a major cyber event that will have a serious effect on our lives, our economy, and the everyday functioning of our society.For some reason, rational people think that those who take the experts' words to heart and actually prepare for problems are the nut cases.
